When you place an order online, by telephone or return a product to Snainton Woodworking Supplies we will collect:

Wood Discount Club Application

When you apply to join our wood discount club we will collect the following information. 

• Name

• Email address

• Address

• Telephone number 

We will process the information to fulfil your application.
If consent is given we will subscribe you to our email newsletter using your email address.
We may occasionally contact you to check your data is accurate and up to date. You may advise us at any time if you do not wish to be contacted for this purpose.

Beginners Night

On most Wednesday evenings between 7pm and 9pm we hold a beginner’s night for customers who have purchased a wood lathe from us.
We will collect the following information. 

• Name

• Email address

• Telephone number

• Lathe purchased 

We will use this information to contact you (if you are a regular member) should we make changes to the times/date or cancel this evening.

We may occasionally contact you to check your data is accurate and up to date. You may advise us at any time if you do not wish to be contacted for this purpose.

Credit Card Information:

For orders placed on our website all credit card information is encrypted using SSL Encryption when it is transferred over the internet to our contracted payment processing provider (PayPal). Any queries relating to the processing of card data by our third-party provider may be directed to www.paypal.com

Where orders are placed over the telephone credit/debit card details will be stored securely until the order is totally fulfilled.
Once your order is complete we destroy the card details.
This is compliant with PCI regulations currently in force.

Sharing your information:

We may share information with third parties for the purposes of fulfilling and delivering your order or return, processing warranty claims, analysing data and providing marketing information. Examples of third parties we may share your data with include:

• Third party payment service providers such as PayPal
