Government policy re Travel
You
must not leave your home unless you have a reasonable excuse (for example, for
work or education purposes) If you need to travel you should stay local –
meaning avoiding travelling outside of your village, town, or the part of a
city where you live – and look to reduce the number of journeys you make
overall. On the list of reasons, you can travel is buying goods or services
that you need; however, this should be within your local area wherever possible
If you want to collect any goods, including logs, this
can be done by arrangement, please phone (01723 859545) so we can confirm a
date and time.
If ordering online to collect please state on your order ‘pick up from store’
and then telephone us to arrange collection.
We would like all goods including logs to be paid for by card or PayPal before
collection. This is to help with less contact.
When collecting please ring the doorbell. We ask that
you adhere to the safe distancing rule, wear a face mask and follow the requests of our team for us all
to remain as safe as possible.
Technical
or advice queries
Please
contact us by telephone (01723 859545) or email. Email is our preferred method of communication.
Our telephone lines will be open:
Monday - Friday, from 10am - 4pm. Out of these hours you can either leave a

Please bear in mind that this has affected some of our suppliers who are also
running on limited staff and reduced hours. We will get back to you as soon as
we possibly can.
Please keep checking our website or Facebook page for
updates as you are aware things can change daily.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
