Carriage Charges

 Orders over £100:      Carriage FREE to UK Mainland (except where stated, excludes machinery and wood) 

Orders up to £100:     Carriage £4.95 to UK Mainland (except where stated, excludes machinery and wood)

Next day delivery costs will be shown at the checkout.

All Other Destinations

Scottish Highlands & Islands (Postcodes Some AB, DD (Pallet Freight) FK, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH8-50, ZE)
Please contact us for shipping costs to the above postcodes prior to ordering.

Please note we are no longer shipping goods overseas

Next Day Delivery.

If you would like your order to be delivered on a next working day service (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays)
please select the option at check out.

Orders need to be placed by 1pm to guarantee next day delivery.
 Please note any next day orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over weekends
 will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

For pallet freight next day deliveries orders need to be placed by 10am.

We are unable to offer a next day delivery service to Scotland. 


Most orders will be shipped by DPD Local & Fedex, small items by Royal mail.

Please make sure someone is there to sign for your goods or send us delivery instructions.

We do our best to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Deliveries to UK Mainland should be made in 2 to 3 working days.

It is inevitable that there will sometimes be items out of stock, in such circumstances we will notify you of a delay in dispatch.


Receipt of Goods

If you have not received your order or notification of a delay within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us for information.

A re-dispatch cannot be made until 14 working days after the original dispatch date.

We shall ensure that all goods are examined, checked for quality prior to dispatch and are suitably packaged for transit.

When you receive your order you must ensure that it is checked for damage prior to signing for delivery. If goods are damaged please sign "damaged". If you are unable to check the goods immediately on receipt you must sign the delivery note as "unchecked".

Also check the correct amount of parcels been delivered and signed for.

If there is an error with your order or goods are damaged please contact us the same day as receipt . We reserve the right not to refund the postage cost if these procedures are not followed.



If you wish to return a product please contact us first. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition with the original packaging so the item can be resold, you must return goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the goods only ( not postage and packaging ).
